Check-in and Check-out

• Check in after 2:00 PM

• Check out before 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date.

• Full refund minus 25% of the total reservation charges is cancelled less than 14 days but at least 7 days before the arrival date.

• No refund if reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Rental Policies

• Minimum age to rent is 21.

• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Property Rules & Restrictions

In order to maintain an exceptional experience for our guests and neighbors, please respect the following rules and restrictions that are STRICTLY ENFORCED:

• No pets allowed.

• No smoking indoors – OUTSIDE ONLY.

• No drone flying allowed – Strictly enforced.

• Septic systems in use, no improper materials flushed.

• Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests.

Parking

• We have ample parking for trucks, cars, boats, trailers and rec vehicles. Please communicate your needs with us prior to arrival and we will ensure you're set up to meet your needs.

Additional Fees

• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

• You will be charged a minimum $250 fee for any excessive cleaning required after your stay.
