Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of purchase for return or exchange approval--do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. After 15 calendar days from that date of sale, we do not accept returns for any reason.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify the item's condition and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return is not approved, no refund will be issued and you would then need to pay return shipping for us to send item(s) back to you.
The Clover Patch will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), therefore, you should consider using a trackable shipping service for all returned item(s).
Returns of non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any products over 15 days old.
- Partially used vinyl rolls & application tape.
- All custom cut vinyl rolls and printed pattern vinyl
- Gift Cards
- Download products
The Clover Patch ships anywhere in the United States. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Allow up to 7 business days for custom orders to be processed and shipped out.
If an ordered item(s) is unavailable, your other items ordered will ship and the unavailable item(s) will be shipped at a later day at no extra charge. Your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail ($8.50), which is normally a 2-3 day service. Note: Silhouette America Cameo cutting machines are excluded from FREE shipping.
Free local pick up orders may be picked up the same day if all items are available. An email will be sent when items are ready for pick up.
We do not add on or change orders already placed, no exceptions.
If your order is marked “DELIVERED” in the USPS tracking website, we cannot issue a refund or send you a replacement order. You should contact your local post office and deal directly with them.
